Difficulty level: beginner
This trick is similar to the sun.
Swing the diabolo to either side (I find it easier to swing it to my non-dominant side.)
Release the hand-stick (dominant if your swinging to your non-dominant side and non-dominant if your swinging to you dominant side)
Catch!
